Test Implementation

The test implementation is written in C and released under the GPL licence. If for some reason you need an other licence contact me.

It comes with 'pnmtovcf' and 'vcftopnm', the compression and decompression programs using netpbm format, and a gimp plugin to load the compressed images. Both decompression programs can handle gzip compressed files.
